Summer is officially here and if you are already in Croatia, or on your way here and looking for some new ideas, join RokOtok project and try island hopping like you haven’t experienced before!
RokOtok is a project created in memory of Rok, a boy who planned to visit all Croatian inhabited islands with his father, but his adventures were interrupted at the age of twelve. Rok’s father Domagoj Jakopović, better known as Ribafish, decided to continue the adventure and include other children and parents to fulfill their life project together. He also wrote a book “RokOtok” which he shares with other gifts to the children during lectures on the islands.
Project RokOtok is entering its’ final phase this July, and we are inviting everyone to join Domagoj Jakopović “Ribafish” in his quest to connect all 50 of Croatia’s inhabited islands by swimming. Upon arriving on the island, there is an event for kids where they participate in educational lectures and activities connecting ecology and sports.
Would you like to be a helping hand during the events? Do you have an interest in social media, and your creativity can be an asset? Fill in sign up form here and join in on the summer adventure!
