From May 10th to May 12th, 2024, the Digital Nomad Association Croatia (DNA Croatia) hosted for the first time the Krka Digital Nomad Weekend, an unforgettable blend of work, nature, and culture. Sponsored by the Croatia National Tourist Board, this unique event brought together digital nomads from around the globe for a weekend filled with exploration, workshops, and meaningful connections.
Participants immersed themselves in the stunning beauty of Krka National Park, marveling at its world-famous waterfalls, Roman legionary camps, and medieval fortresses. Guided tours through the Burnum Roman War Camp and the Archaeological and Natural History Collection provided valuable insights into the area’s rich history and cultural heritage.
The program offered:
- Sustainability workshops and focus groups, where attendees exchanged ideas and learned from one another.
- Dedicated time for work sessions, allowing participants to stay productive in a serene environment.
- Opportunities to connect with fellow nomads over shared meals and breathtaking views.
Thanks to the generosity of Hostel Titius, attendees enjoyed comfortable accommodations close to the action, with options ranging from private rooms to shared spaces.
The event wrapped up with attendees leaving inspired, rejuvenated, and connected, embodying the perfect balance of productivity and adventure.
